Watch Non-stop Online Free Megashare | Viooz | Putlocker | Megavideo Never coming to an airline screen near you, “Non-Stop” is a silly but engaging action movie starring Liam Neeson as Bill Marks, a federal air marshal.

We first see Marks arguing with someone on the phone. He sneaks an occasional cigarette and drinks when he shouldn’t. Still, he’s dedicated to his work, which puts him aboard a transatlantic flight to London.

It’s there that he makes the acquaintance of a woman (Julianne Moore) who insists that she sit next to the window. When Marks receives a text on his private cellphone, he sees that a terrorist plans to systematically kill those aboard the plane unless $150 million is placed in a certain account.

At first, Marks doesn’t take the threat seriously and is discouraged from following protocol on the messages after talking it over with a colleague. But should he share what has transpired with the head flight attendant, Nancy (Michelle Dockery, television’s “Downton Abbey”), and the captain only to panic them over what might turn out to be a prank?

Marks, who has only a few moments to decide how to proceed, begins to realize that the threats have a more deep-seated foundation than he thought: Whoever is texting him evidently wants his supervisors to think that Marks is somehow involved in the plot.

Because of the airborne environment, the script takes the opportunity to drag several red herrings through the story. We have no idea whether the terrorist is a seemingly nice person or one of the people aboard the plane who become surly with Marks. Just as Marks does, we become suspicious of different people at different times.

I won’t ruin it for you except to say the movie has a weak, and quite ill-conceived, “reveal.” That’s not surprising because director Jaume Collett-Serra has helmed at least a couple of other scripts with make-it-or-break-it reveals, notably “Unknown,” which also starred Neeson, and “Orphan.” With “Non-Stop,” if you can buy the criminal's identity, then you’ll be sold on the entire story. If you can’t, and I couldn’t, then you’re likely to shake your head in bewilderment.

It’s possible to get past the contrivances that happen to exist to keep the action going or serve as resources for our hero. Marks, warts and all, is likable because, hey, he’s played by Neeson, and viewers (including me) love to root for Neeson’s flawed protagonists.

With the right amount of suspended disbelief, it’s forgettable, serviceable action that is, unless you happen to be leaving for London a few hours later.
